There are more than just state examination, Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes at Witten/Herdecke University. It is important to us that you not only gain excellent theoretical basic knowledge in your specialism and in-depth expertise in your areas of specialisation. We also offer you the opportunity to expand your educational profile with competences from other subject areas - through additional qualifications such as complementary studies, nano-degrees or double degrees. The courses are designed in such a way that they can be integrated into your degree programme. Students in the Bachelor of Choice model Business & Society can expand their educational profile with nanodegrees. We offer these additional cross-degree programme certificates in the subject areas of psychology and systemic coaching, global cooperation/justice, sustainability management, family entrepreneurship, law and legal application and sustainability.

Students of the Bachelor's Programme PPÖ - Philosophy, Politics and Economics (B. A.) can complete an additional degree in Commerce at the University of Victoria in Canada and expand their career opportunities with an international double degree.

Double degree ZHAW Winterthur

For the CHN - Community Health Nursing (M. Sc.) degree programme, we offer a double degree with the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their degree at the UW/H, students can obtain a further Master's degree in nursing or midwifery here.

Integrated Curriculum for Anthroposophic Medicine (IBAM)

The Integrated Curriculum for Anthroposophic Medicine is a voluntary additional offer for students of the Medicine model degree programme at Witten/Herdecke University. It deals with the individual possibilities of patients to support medical therapies and healing processes. IBAM is integrated into the curriculum of the model medicine degree programme at UW/H.

Integrated Curriculum for Anthroposophic Psychology (IBAP)

The Integrated Curriculum for Anthroposophic Psychology is an additional offer for students in the field of psychology (Bachelor's or Master's) who want to look at topics from their degree programme from a broader perspective and critically examine them. It can be easily integrated into the Psychology degree programme without having to extend the regular course.
