Theory and practice of behaviour change for individual and planetary health
Project overview
Scientists at the IGVF are investigating the connection between behavioural change, health promotion and climate change.
By integrating knowledge about the neurological basis of behavioural change (see Behaviour Change Resource Model) with regard to e.g. nutrition, mobility and consumer behaviour, the potential for positive effects on individual and planetary health are analysed.
The aim is to develop strategies that both improve individual health and contribute to reducing environmental pollution, for example by promoting more sustainable lifestyles among various target groups such as students and patients.
