The everyday lives of couples in a digitalised world
Digitalisation, Burnout & Family Time: (eMotion)
Project overview
Digitalisation is changing everything from the world of work to our own four walls. We are investigating the opportunities and risks it harbours for the health of couples and families in a comprehensive diary study using experience sampling methods, smartphone tracking and physiological measurements.
The aim of the study is, among other things, to gain a better understanding of how couples and families use their smartphones in everyday life and to explore the associated effects on family dynamics. Our team is currently looking for participating couples.
