How can the spice industry become more sustainable?
Project overview
The digital workshop series "Sustainability in supply chains of spices and other plant-based raw materials" brought together stakeholders from the spice industry, including representatives from manufacturing companies, trading companies, associations, research institutions and non-governmental organisations. The aim was to identify the biggest sustainability problems in the production of spices, highlight successful solutions and discuss and define visions and goals for the spice industry. The main focus was on planetary boundaries and human rights.
