In the online info session on the part-time Witten MBA, Prof Dr Marcel Hülsbeck provides information on the MBA modules "Personnel Management" and "Change Management", which he leads. For example, questions such as: Why do we need strong leadership relationships in the first place? How do I create a motivating leadership relationship? How can change projects be successfully organised and what specific design skills do I need in a leadership role?
