Management radar
Project overview
The Leadership Radar presents the results of regular representative surveys of managers in Germany. Various aspects of leadership are examined on a recurring basis and current topics are highlighted, including the focus on the common good, equality and gender issues, new forms of work and digitalisation. Managers from business, politics and culture take part in the survey. The aim is to recognise trends and promote the conditions and effects of good leadership.
