HAFO.NRW General Practitioner Research Network
Project overview
Research by GPs for GPs - take part now!
The HAFO.NRW project, which is funded for five years, aims to establish a GP research practice network in NRW that will contribute to improving practice-relevant research "by GPs for GPs". All eight university departments of general practice in NRW are involved.
The Institute's team is currently working on establishing and expanding the regional research practice network at Witten/Herdecke University. Local activities and training courses are also planned at the university hospital sites in Wuppertal and Cologne-Merheim as well as in the Sauerland region.
One tandem of doctor and MFA per practice will be trained in working on research projects and will work closely with the Institute's team and the other research practices on the planned projects.
The projects include further training with CME points. The practice teams can always choose from various projects in which they would like to participate.
