Effectiveness of Body, Breath & Mind
Project overview
In this randomised controlled trial, the effectiveness of Body, Breath & Mind (BBM) is being tested. BBM is an online self-help programme that combines Qi Gong exercises with value-based behavioural activation.
The programme consists of a total of eight modules in which participants practise different Qi Gong exercises at weekly intervals and carry out elements of value-based behavioural activation (e.g. activities in everyday life that bring them closer to their personal values).
