The reference guide by Prof Dr Clauß and Marc André Scheffler shows concrete design alternatives for the practical implementation of the resulting facets of digital business models using examples from family businesses. Family businesses at different stages of digitalisation receive valuable information on the possible design options for the digitalisation of their value creation, their value proposition and their earnings model. These can either serve as a source of inspiration for new digitalisation initiatives or a reflection on existing measures.

"I think the digitalisation of business processes, but also of the business model, is essential for the survival of a company with a long family history. ...
