  • Clinical development of a trifunctional bispecific antibody in gastrointestinal tumours, which led to the approval of the antibody Catumaxomab for direct cytotoxic therapy as well as dendrite-mediated tumour vaccination in peritoneal carcinomatosis and malignant ascites in 2009
  • Hernias: DFG-funded Biolap study, Lapsis study
