Research
I am currently working on approaches to integrating relatives into inpatient care for the elderly and am looking at popularised scientific categories based on guidebook literature on stress. Coming from sociology into nursing science, the application of social science methods to describe the everyday life of care facilities and the generation of interventions based on this, as well as the reflection of therapeutic forms of knowledge are important to me. My interests include methodological questions of action research, approaches of praxeological knowledge and emotion sociology as well as the combination of body-phenomenological and practice-sociological considerations.
