Beyond Boundaries: promoting diverse teams in rehabilitation
Development and qualitative evaluation of a digital training programme for the integration of professionals in rehabilitation facilities using adaptive learning and nudging
Project overview
The need to recruit specialised staff from abroad is a growing challenge for rehabilitation facilities. A key aspect is the successful integration of these staff into existing teams in order to ensure high-quality care for patients.
Various studies have shown that on-site or online training without strong individualisation for the target group is not effective, as it is either not appealing or the budget and time for such training are lacking.
This is where the "Beyond Boundaries" project comes in. The aim is to develop a comprehensive digital training tool in a participatory manner and to evaluate it qualitatively and quantitatively. The target group is healthcare staff and HR managers in rehabilitation centres in order to improve collaboration in diverse teams.
